Canton Piano

Canton Piano is a groundbreaking virtual music instrument software developed for my esteemed client, No Discipline Limited, based in Hong Kong. As a Digital Product Designer, my role in this project was to design the UI/UX of the app and build it in Unity, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

What sets Canton Piano apart is its innovative language-learning feature. Users can generate different Chinese sentences based on their emotions, song choices, or by playing the virtual piano keyboard. The software then sings out the generated sentences in Cantonese, matching the pitch played on the piano. It creates a unique and immersive language-learning experience through the power of music.

My expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Unity, and Figma allowed me to craft intricate interactions between the piano UI, sentence generator, and audio synthesis. I focused on creating a user-friendly interface that seamlessly integrates the language-learning feature, making it easy and enjoyable for users to practice and improve their Cantonese skills.
