Role

Game Designer

Carbon Neutrality PACMAN was an exciting project that I had the opportunity to work on as a Digital Product Designer for the Macau Science Museum. This educational game exhibit aimed to teach children about carbon emissions in an engaging and interactive way. My role as a full stack developer involved designing and building every aspect of the game, including the user interface, gameplay system, and content management backend.

Using my skills in Adobe Illustrator, Autocad, Unity, and Figma, I created a captivating user experience from UI/UX to gameflow to gameplay. The exhibit was designed to simulate a game machine, utilizing Autocad to bring the concept to life. By engineering the entire game from front-end to back-end, I ensured that the experience was not only fun but also educational, providing valuable insights into the impact of our choices on the environment.

The impact of Carbon Neutrality PACMAN was truly remarkable. The exhibit attracted over 5,000 children, who eagerly engaged with the game and absorbed important lessons about carbon neutrality. Witnessing their joy and enthusiasm was incredibly rewarding, knowing that I had contributed to promoting environmental awareness and sustainability among the younger generation. This project not only showcased my expertise in full stack development but also highlighted the power of interactive experiences in educating and inspiring change.
